Feminine Rebirth
A private 3-hour ceremony to release, restore, and return to the wisdom of your body.
There are moments in a woman’s life when something inside her is ready to shift.
After birth.
After heartbreak.
After years of holding everything together.
Or simply the quiet realization that the body has been carrying more than it was ever meant to hold alone.
The Feminine Rebirth Session is a deeply supported healing ceremony designed to help women release emotional weight, reconnect with their bodies, and step into the next chapter of their lives with clarity and softness.
This session is facilitated by Tala Muhtadi and her mother, Amal Ayyash, who together hold a nurturing and grounded space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and womb-centered healing.
WHY WOMEN SEEK THIS SESSION
Women often come to this session when they feel something in their lives is asking for attention, closure, or renewal.
Sometimes it is after a major life transition.
Sometimes it is after years of emotional holding.
And sometimes it is simply the body's quiet call to be listened to again.
Women often seek this work when they are:
• moving through postpartum recovery or the transition into motherhood
• processing birth experiences or emotional overwhelm
• reconnecting with their womb and feminine energy
• healing from stress, burnout, or emotional exhaustion
• moving through relationship changes or identity shifts
• longing to feel more connected to their body and inner truth
Across many cultures, women were traditionally supported through rites of passage and ceremonial care during major life transitions.
This session draws inspiration from that wisdom — offering a modern space where women can release what they’ve been carrying and begin again.
THE BEAUTY WAY
This session takes place inside a private sanctuary space surrounded by nature.
Outside the windows, trees sway gently and the landscape opens onto a quiet pool and garden. The view alone invites the nervous system to slow down.
Inside, the environment is intentionally curated with elements that support softness and restoration:
sheepskins
candles and warm mood lighting
a fireplace
art and handmade pieces
musical instruments
natural textures and resting spaces
Amal Ayyash, who co-facilitates the ceremony, is also an artist with a natural gift for creating spaces that feel alive, warm, and nurturing.
Together, Tala and Amal walk what many traditions call the Beauty Way — the understanding that beauty, creativity, and intentional environments help the body soften and invite deeper healing.
The feminine thrives in spaces that feel safe, aesthetic, and alive with care.
From the moment you arrive, the environment itself begins to support the work.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE REBIRTH SESSION
-
We begin by sitting together and opening a space for your story.
Speaking our truth in a safe and compassionate environment helps release shame and allows the nervous system to shift out of suppression.
Together we clarify the intention you are calling forward for this rebirth.
-
Gentle movement helps release stored tension in the body and regulate the nervous system.
Emotions are not only held in the mind — they live in breath patterns, muscles, and posture.
This phase helps the body begin letting go.
-
While you rest, Reiki is offered to support energetic balance and relaxation.
This often brings the body into a parasympathetic state, where healing and emotional processing happen more naturally.
-
You are guided into a womb steam while receiving a live sound healing journey.
Yoni steaming has traditionally been used to support:
• pelvic circulation
• uterine wellness
• relaxation of the pelvic floor
• postpartum healingSound healing helps regulate the nervous system and move the brain into restorative states.
-
Gentle womb massage supports circulation, relaxation, and reconnection with the pelvic space.
For many women, this area holds unprocessed emotions connected to stress, sexuality, or birth experiences.
All touch is approached slowly and always with full consent.
-
The session closes with the Closing of the Bones ritual, a traditional postpartum practice using woven cloths to gently wrap and hold the body.
This ritual supports grounding, emotional integration, and a profound sense of being held.
-
We close slowly with tea, nourishing snacks, and quiet space to reflect.
This allows the body to begin integrating the work before returning to daily life.
THE INTEGRATION SESSION
Healing does not end when the ceremony closes.
About one week after your session, you will be invited to a follow-up integration conversation.
This space allows you to:
• reflect on what surfaced during the session
• share emotional shifts or insights
• receive guidance for continued integration
Integration ensures that the experience becomes a meaningful step in your healing journey, rather than just a momentary experience.
WHO THIS SESSION IS NOT FOR
While this ceremony can be deeply supportive, it may not be appropriate in certain situations.
This session may not be suitable if you are currently:
• pregnant
• experiencing an active pelvic infection or open wound
• recovering from recent abdominal or pelvic surgery
• in acute psychological crisis requiring clinical support
Because this session includes yoni steaming, bodywork, and womb-focused practices, certain physical conditions may require postponing or adapting the experience.
If you are unsure whether this session is right for you, you are welcome to book a discovery call.
