Womb & Voice Mentorship

A five-month journey into self-trust, authentic expression, and owning your story.

For the self-aware & self-abandoning woman

If you have spent years questioning yourself, holding parts of yourself back, or feeling disconnected from your body, your truth, or your sense of direction, this work was created for you.

This mentorship is designed to help you build a more honest relationship with yourself through womb healing, voice work, emotional processing, embodiment practices, storytelling, and nervous system support. As that relationship deepens, many women begin feeling more grounded in who they are. They stop needing to constantly perform confidence because they begin developing real self-trust from within.

The goal of this work is not to help you become someone new. It is to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that became hidden beneath survival, self-protection, shame, fear, or the pressure to always be emotionally manageable for others.

Your Voice Shapes Your Relationship With Yourself

You may have spent years learning how to read a room before fully expressing yourself inside of it.

Maybe you became quieter in certain relationships. Maybe you learned to soften your truth to avoid conflict. Maybe parts of you became hidden over time because being fully seen did not always feel emotionally safe.

After a while, that kind of self-abandonment becomes exhausting.

Not always in obvious ways. Sometimes it looks like constantly questioning yourself before making decisions. Sometimes it feels like disconnecting from your body or losing touch with your creativity. Sometimes it simply feels like knowing there is more inside of you that wants to exist, but not knowing how to access it anymore.

This work is about rebuilding that relationship with yourself.

When I speak about the voice, I am speaking about expression in its entirety. Your voice lives in the way you speak, create, move, communicate, feel, relate, and allow yourself to take up space in the world around you.

The more honestly you begin expressing your inner world, the more deeply you begin creating a sense of belonging within yourself.

And from that place, confidence becomes much less about performance and much more about self-trust.

Over the course of these five months, we begin exploring the places where you silence yourself, abandon your needs, disconnect from your body, or hold yourself back out of fear. Together, we create more safety around honesty, visibility, emotional expression, boundaries, creativity, and being fully yourself without collapsing under the weight of shame or self-judgment.

As that inner relationship changes, your outer life often changes with it. Your decisions become clearer. Your expression becomes more grounded. You begin trusting yourself more deeply instead of constantly searching outside yourself for permission, validation, or certainty.

The arc of this mentorship

Each mentorship is personalized to the woman entering the space while still moving through a grounded five-month arc that allows the work to unfold with depth, intention, and integration.

  • We begin by slowing down and building safety within the body and nervous system.

This stage focuses on awareness. Noticing the patterns, emotional responses, protective behaviors, and inner narratives that have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others.

  • This phase centers around expression. We begin exploring the places where your truth becomes filtered, softened, hidden, or over-explained. You learn how to stay connected to yourself while speaking honestly, setting boundaries, being seen, and allowing your emotions to exist without shame.

  • As the work deepens, we move more fully into womb healing and emotional embodiment. This phase often opens deeper conversations around sensuality, creativity, grief, desire, softness, anger, pleasure, and the relationship you have with your body and emotional world.

  • At this stage, many women begin noticing a stronger sense of self-trust emerging. We focus on discernment, relational dynamics, energetic boundaries, and learning how to remain connected to yourself even during moments of discomfort, conflict, vulnerability, or uncertainty.

  • The final month is about integration. You begin reflecting on the woman you are becoming, the story you are learning to own, and the kind of life you want to build moving forward. This phase supports you in bringing the work into your everyday relationships, choices, expression, and sense of identity.

About your facilitator

A large part of my own healing journey began through learning how to reconnect with myself after experiences that deeply changed the way I saw my body, my voice, and my sense of safety within myself.

For a long time, I related to parts of my story through silence and disconnection. One of the deepest shifts in my life came through learning how to face my experiences honestly without allowing them to define my entire identity or future.

The more I learned to own my story with compassion instead of shame, the more I began reconnecting with my creativity, my expression, my body, and eventually my purpose. That journey is a large part of what led me into womb healing and expression work.

My approach is rooted in the belief that healing is not about becoming emotionally perfect. It is about becoming more conscious of yourself, more honest with yourself, and more compassionate toward the parts of yourself you once felt the need to hide.

Some patterns soften over time. Others may continue showing up in different ways throughout life. What changes is your relationship to them. Instead of being unconsciously controlled by old reactions or protective behaviors, you begin recognizing them with greater awareness and responding with more choice, responsibility, and self-understanding.

My role throughout this mentorship is not to tell you who to become. It is to help you build a deeper relationship with yourself so that your voice, expression, boundaries, creativity, relationships, and life choices begin emerging from a more authentic place.
