Weekly Womb Circles

This is not a space to perform, process, or explain yourself.

These weekly womb circles are a place to soften your body, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild a relationship with your womb through presence and consistency.

You don’t need to share.
You don’t need to be “ready.”
You simply arrive.

A Different Kind of Circle

These circles are not about diving into personal stories or group discussion.

They are a weekly, guided practice where you learn how to sit with yourself; to feel your body, listen to your womb, and respond with care instead of force.

Each session is gently held, nervous-system-aware, and consent-centered. The power of the work comes not from intensity, but from repetition. Showing up again and again builds trust. Trust allows the body to soften. And from that place, healing becomes possible.

This Space Is For You If…

  • You crave a consistent practice but struggle to schedule time for yourself.

  • You value spirituality and grounded, lived experience.

No prior womb work experience is needed.

What to Expect Each Week

Each circle follows a simple, familiar rhythm designed to help your body feel safe.

We begin by arriving together; through breath, grounding, and gentle awareness. From there, we move into a guided embodied practice. This may include sensing, breath, sound, subtle movement, touch, or creative expression. We close with integration, allowing your system to settle before you return to your day.

Participation is always optional.
Camera on or off — your choice.
Stillness or movement — your choice.

Consent and agency are at the center of my work always.
