Nervous System Healing: Vocal sound journeys, breathwork, and guided rest to soothe, regulate, and recalibrate.
Womb & Voice Activation: Explore womb healing through yoni steaming, vocal toning, and sensual activation to awaken your creative power.
Sacred Rituals & Earth Connection: Co-create an earth altar, gather in rose ceremony and cacao ceremony, and walk the land in reverence and presence.
Expression & Connection: Share your story in circle, connect with kindred spirits, and step into your truth — fully, unapologetically, and held.
