Echoes of Serenity
✨ A Sound Journey for Renewal & Alignment ✨
Saturday, August 23 | 7–8 p.m.
Bridgewater Yoga | $30 per person

We gather on the New Moon, — a time to plant new seeds and step into a sacred space between what was and what is ready to bloom.

Echoes of Serenity is an immersive sound journey designed to soothe your nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and gently align you with the visions ready to emerge from your soul.

Through layered vocal harmonics, ancestral tones, and angelic frequencies, you'll be guided into a deep state of rest and remembrance. Let the vibrations move through your body like water — softening the edges, quieting the mind, and reconnecting you to the wisdom within.

This is a space to recalibrate, dream, and prepare for what’s meant for you.
No pressure. No performance. Just presence.

🌿 Bring a mat, blanket, and anything to feel supported
🌑 All genders welcome — no experience needed
🎟️ $30 | Limited spots available

Reserve your place in the circle — your serenity is calling.

Step into a space where your voice is sacred, your story is welcome, and your expression is free.

The expression circle is a 90-minute vocal activation circle designed to help you reconnect with your authentic sound — not the polished performance voice, but the one that trembles with truth, laughter, and aliveness.

Through playful vocal warm-ups, movement, and storytelling, we’ll gently unravel the layers that have silenced us. Together, we’ll practice vocal toning, explore the healing power of harmonics, and co-create a supportive sound field where every voice belongs.

This is not a singing class. This is a space to be heard, to release self-judgment, and to remember the joy and power of your voice.

This circle is for you if...
• You’ve felt shy, blocked, or disconnected from your voice
• You long to express yourself more fully — in life, in relationships, in art
• You’re curious about vocal healing, sound alchemy, and somatic expression
• You’re ready to reclaim your confidence, one breath at a time

Come as you are. No experience needed — just a willingness to listen, share, and play.

You are the altar.
The prayer.
The living, breathing offering.

Join us for an evening of deep presence, sonic remembrance, and earth-honouring ritual — where your body becomes the temple and your voice the medicine.

Co-facilitated by Tala Muhtadi of Talapatheia & Kallie Edmonson of Divinity Embodied, this ceremonial gathering invites you to root into your body, harmonize your energy, and create a prayer in motion with the land.

✨ Guided meditation + body connection
✨ Vocal toning + chakra harmonization
✨ Earth altar creation
✨ Coherence Healing prayer
✨ Sunset sound journey to amplify & integrate

📅 Tuesday, July 8
🕖 7:00–9:00 PM
📍 Yoga by Bebi – Niagara-on-the-Lake (animal sanctuary)

🌸 All beings welcome
🌿 Bring a small offering for the altar (flower, fruit, herb, crystal…)

This is not just a circle.
It’s a sacred mirror.
A reminder that everything holy is already within you.

am a Medicine Woman passionate about helping people build a life of freedom, pleasure and inner peace. My desire to support my community comes from my personal experience of growing up in a culture that made me feel rejected, judged and oppressed which lead me on a journey of connecting to my personal power.

In this workshop we will work through the blockages that stop you from expressing yourself authentically. Utilizing somatic movements, sounding and a group discussion you will get the chance to open your heart and body to your freest expression.
