  • 2:50 [Stone] house keeping , [Stone] muscle relaxation, [C/T] meditation and intention/prayer  30 min  

  • 3 Take medicine [10 min] 

  • 3:05 Breath work intro, 30 min active breathing, 15 meditation ; C/T sound 

  • 3:55 Internal reflection  [peaking]

  • 4:15 booster (optional)

  • 4:45 Bathroom break, optional unstructured sharing circle to outside [J]

  • 5  family constellation, inner child work  (they could also continue to trip inward) 

    • Sharing circle , tune into FOO energy, and respond if feel called

  • 6:30 free time: internal reflection or movement

  • 7 Closing circle, ritual (people who didn’t do booster can leave)

  • 8 Pack up 

  • 8:30 ecstatic dance/ social hang
