This is where you can explore the ways I support women in understanding themselves, reclaiming their story, and stepping into more confident, embodied lives. My offerings are organized into three types of containers, each designed for a different step in your journey:
Community: Regular, accessible spaces to show up for yourself, connect with others, and explore your body and creativity.
Initiation: One-off experiences that help you deepen awareness, reclaim your voice, and reconnect with your body.
Devotion: Longer-term or immersive experiences that mark meaningful transitions and support consistent growth and integration.

Weekly Womb Healing Circle Monthly subscription.
Duration & Price: 30–45 min / $10 drop-in or $30/month
What it is: A guided weekly session to connect with your body, cycles, and sensations in a safe, supportive space.
Who it’s for: Women who want a regular, simple practice to stay connected to themselves and their bodies.
What you’ll gain:
Groundedness and presence in your body
Tools to tune into your cycles and emotions
Consistency and accountability in showing up for yourself
A transformative 3-hour womb healing ceremony incorporating energy healing, yoni steaming, bodywork, Closing of the bones and sound therapy to nourish your body and spirit.

About Tala
Tala is passionate about helping women understand their patterns and reclaim authorship over their lives through grounded, body-based, and conversation-led facilitation. She has trained in sound healing, voice + womb work, Reiki, and guided facilitation, and her work grows from her own lived experience and healing journey.
