Not only is Mercury rx coming to an end, but there’s a cosmic event that happens once every 12 years, making May 16, 2023 a lucky day for every zodiac sign.
For the first time since 2011, Jupiter — the planet of growth, developments, and optimism — will shift into the fixed earth sign of Taurus, bringing some newfound stability, comfort, and satisfaction into your world!
With Jupiter traveling through Aries over the course of the past year, there have been some active, action-packed developments in your life. This was responsible for getting some of your new endeavors off the ground. Now, as Jupiter steps to change course, you’ll be asked to slow down to ensure that what you’ve built can withstand the test of time.
This is why I am hosting this circle. I want to guide you inwards so you can figure out the little nuances inside of you that may still be shaking your core and holding you back from receiving the luck and opportunities meant for you.
In this circle we will:
✨Smudge, call in the 7 directions and meditate.
✨Then I will guide you through a releasing somatic practice.
Somatic work is a form of healing that aims to work on issues of emotional and mental health based on mind-body connection. This is because emotions are stored in our bodies, muscles, and fascia during traumatic events. This body-centric approach works by helping to release stress, tension, and trauma from the body.
✨After that I will share journal prompts as we sit down to integrate and process what was experienced.
✨Then we will have a share circle.
Most healing occurs when we listen to each other’s stories and have our own stories be heard.
This is an hour-long ceremony for women who want to go beyond the love and light and are ready to dive into the shadows to liberate all of themselves and ensure the integration of every aspect of who they are. Because only from the place of wholeness will you be able to truly ground, find clarity and manifest your desires. And we are here to make dreams come true babes!
