Join me on June 5th for a women’s circle ⭕️ that is meant to help women who fear being seen/heard and feel restricted by their people pleasing tendencies. This ceremony will also help women become aware of the importance of listening and witnessing as a form of healing.
We all have stories, and all stories are worthy of telling. This will be your chance to share your story through intentional intuitive dance (no dance experience needed)
There is medicine in both sharing and witnessing, as we are mirrors for one another and watching someone unravel can bring immense healing for both parties❤️🩹
We will begin by talking about the Strawberry full moon; as the medicine of the strawberry is love. And then we will move into the unmasking ceremony - where each woman will get the chance to express how she is breaking through the walls around her heart through embodied dancing. And we will end with a group dance and a sharing circle.
